Frustrating. Ive starter over several times. After all of these attempts I am yet to see a single inside page.

The magazine is great, but I thought for a while that I would need to ask for a refund. After initially subscribing I was unable to view or download any issues. All the issues still said "Buy". I tried logging in, but this did not work. I clicked Buy a second time and when prompted to subscribe again, I clicked the refresh symbol on the left side. I got a message that I already purchased the magazine, and then all the other issues became available as well. Minus 1 star for a confusing subscription process, but otherwise it is great.

Well I just wasted $. Was unable to download full version to read magazine. Wasted an hour trying.

Very, very frustrating experience! Purchased an annual subscription and several individual issues. Unable to open a single issue, or even access them for that fact. Contacted customer service. We spent quite a bit of time going thru several steps to try and resolve the problem. We were NOT successful! THIS APP IS NOT OPERATIONAL! 5 gold stars to Diane in customer service for her extensive efforts to try and resolve this problem for me.

Purchased the subscription for 14.99, wont log in, wont download, wont do anything, and of course no technical support. Thanks a lot!!!

Bought one issue. Only loaded first 6 pages.

Bought an annual subscription and cant load the issues. Wont accept my ID and Password. Also says subscription doesnt exist. This is a rip off.
